Restorative Yoga works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, starting the natural relaxation response of your body. The movements are done in a very conscious and gentle way to build a sense of nourishment and relaxation. The sessions are planned in a way that every detail about the environment is part of the experience: natural light, soft relaxing music, all necessary props and lavender essential oil to support relaxation and an inner sense of balance.
