Me aportaba serenidad y me ayudaba a afrontar las situaciones de mi vida en una gran ciudad de manera m\u00e1s amable y atenta, con una actitud de curiosidad y de menor desgaste personal. Pronto empec\u00e9 a formarme y all\u00ed se abrieron las puertas de la filosof\u00eda del yoga, la meditaci\u00f3n y los estudios cient\u00edficos sobre los beneficios del yoga para la salud psicol\u00f3gica. Empec\u00e9 a conocer a profesionales de la psicolog\u00eda que utilizaban pr\u00e1cticas de yoga con sus clientes, y poco a poco fui cultivando mi propia forma de integrar estas dos disciplinas: Yoga y Psicolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Enseguida empec\u00e9 a leer todo lo que pude sobre las aplicaciones cl\u00ednicas del yoga dentro de la medicina y la psicolog\u00eda.
